PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily visually recognize an interruption of energization state when that state is interrupted unexpectedly to an operator. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with an ionic current generating circuit 22, a face conductor 3 for outputting current of one pole outputted from the circuit 22, a clip conductor 4 for outputting the current from the other pole, a switching device 24 for receiving the output current from the circuit 22 and reversing the positive/negative of the current to be supplied to the face conductor 3 and the clip conductor 4, an energization detection circuit for detecting the current flowing between the face conductor 3 and clip conductor 4, and a an energization displaying device for receiving the detected current from the energization detection circuit and displaying the energization state.
