PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer having a constitution for easily and effectively preventing an ascending movement of a drawer main body caused from a space for detaching the drawer which exists between a top board and the drawer main body in the drawer of furniture such as a wagon, a cabinet, and a desk, which has the drawer main body openably disposed in a space below the top board and a mirror board assembled at a position projecting forward from a front edge of the top board along the front edge of the drawer main body. SOLUTION: In a drawer 1, a projecting section P for preventing an ascending movement of a drawer main body 2 by contacting one part of the top board 5 more preferentially than an upper surface 23a of a side wall 23 of the drawer main body 2 is formed at a position lower than the top board 5 in a containing condition X pushing the drawer main body 2 into a space S below the top board and at a position retreating to a frontward of the top board 5 in a drawing condition Y drawing the drawer main body from the top board 5.
