PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a usual sprayer constituted by installing a shutter device between a chemical tank and a blower case is difficult to carry out a uniform and stable spraying, as a large amount of a chemical falls on the shutter device to cause bad conditions such as clogging or the like and the chemical in the chemical tank is biasedly consumed to cause the dispersion in a sprayed amount. SOLUTION: In this sprayer, a powder feed-stabilizing plate 21 covering above shutter devices 47, 48 is installed in the under portion of a chemical tank 1, the area of the powder feed-stabilizing plate 21 is made larger than that of the shutter devices 47, 48 in the planar view, a rectification protrusion 21b protruding toward outward is formed on a part of the periphery of the powder feed-stabilizing plate 21 and a rectification guide 21c protruding toward below the lower surface of the powder feed-stabilizing plate 21 is formed.
