PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting device to which offshore fishing devices and different kinds of Ikazuno (an artificial bait for hooking squid) devices can simultaneously be attached, and to provide a fishing tool which can be bent, can be conveniently carried, uses tightly holding vises and is necessary for offshore fishing. SOLUTION: A nipping device is obtained by disposing plural sets of nipping disks 2 nipped with washers and circular coil spring 4 on a lateral bar shaft 1 in parallel. A small opening adapter 10 is set to the inside of each Ikazuno- casting cylinder 5 molded in a conical shape, and a rudder-like plate piece is disposed on the tip portion of the cylinder. A reverse U-shaped groove is downward formed in the center of the rudder-like plate piece. The formed tightly holding device is used by dividing the nipping disks 2 in the lateral direction, fitting the reverse U-shaped groove formed in the rudder-like plate piece of the Ikazuno-casting cylinder 5 onto the exposed lateral bar shaft 1, and then nipping the fit rudder-like plate piece with the nipping disks 2, whereby the brick type projections of the fit rudder-like plate piece are hooked and fixed with the outer peripheral edges of the nipping disks 2.
