PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vegetation material in a vegetation block made of porous block housing vegetation material from slipping out, prevent the vegetation part from clogging due to cement paste, and promote growth of plant. SOLUTION: A hollow part 2 to be filled with vegetation material is opened upward side face to be formed in porous concrete, and recessed parts 4 for soil dressing are provided on the surface of a block corresponding to the hollow part 2. Daming up parts 5 are provided on their lower ends, and through holes 6 of diameter 5-30 mm are provided in the rate of 10-30 positions/m2 between the surface and the hollow part of the block.
