JOINING STRUCTURE OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF METALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of different kinds of metals having high impact strength and excellent reliability of a joined part. SOLUTION: A metal material 3 of copper tungsten alloy and a metal material 4 of copper alloy are joined by friction welding. In this case an angle A between a joining face end part and a free edge is set to >=120 deg. or 40-89 deg.. The cross section of the joining face is either of a curved shape or trapezoidal shape.
