PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water insoluble oil composition for machine processing capable of substituting it for a chlorine compound having much troubles in environment, having cutting and deep drawing properties equal to above those of the chlorine compound by mixing a chlorine free compound. SOLUTION: This water insoluble oil composition for machine processing includes an ester of a polycarboxylic acid such as an aliphatic polycarboxylic acid, an aromatic polycarboxylic acid, a hydroxy polycarboxylic acid, or the like, a monovalent alcohol, lecithin or their mixtures, or mixtures of them with an organic polysulfide, zinc dithiophosphate and perbasic cleansing agent, and the composition is excellent in cutting and deep drawing properties. Thus, a water insoluble oil composition for machine processing friendly to environment is obtained. |
