PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a levee, prevent the leakage of water, facilitate water control and save labor by applying an improved soil so as to prevent a weed from growing by applying the specific improved soil on the surface so as to form a prescribed thickness and hardness. SOLUTION: A plastic improved soil 10 having self-bonding properties is formed by mixing and kneading a cement-based modifier and a lime-based modifier with sludge containing a large amount of water, having fluidity and comprising a surplus soil of a building containing bentonite, and applied on the surface of soil so as to form a prescribed thickness and hardness to prevent a weed from growing to apply the improved soil 10. The improved soil 10 is preferably obtained by mixing 15 pts. sludge, 1 pt. cement-based modifier 1 and 1 pt. lime-based modifier and preferably applied on the surface of a levee 12 of a field 11 so as to form a prescribed thickness. |
