PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise of air current by converting (straightening) a turbulence generated in a curved pipe part into a laminar flow, though having the curved pipe part. SOLUTION: A curved pipe part 12 for preventing infiltration of rainwater is provided in the tip end of a vertical pipe part 11 extended to an upward direction from a muffler M of an engine, also a straightening part of straight pipe shape is provided in the tip end of the curved pipe part 12, and a turbulence generated therein is changed into a laminar flow by the straightening part 13 to be discharged to the outside.
