PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dirt caused by sticking of toner and prevent void phenomena appearing on a permanent image by coating a degenerated silicone oil on the surface of a mold releasing layer surface and sintering by heating. SOLUTION: A pressure member 20 comprises an elastic layer 22 formed of silicone rubber, heat resistant rubber such as fluororubber, or silicon rubber foam in the outside of a core bar 21 and forms a fluororesin mold releasing layer 23 such as a perfluoroalkoxy resin, a polytetrafluororethylene resin, a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafuluoropropylene resin, etc. The pressure member 20 is sufficiently pressurized by a presser means of a fixing member and rotated via a core 21 so as to form a nip part necessary for the pressure fixing. This constitution can prevent void on an image formed by splashing unfixed toner of minus polarity in the nip part.
