PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leading end of a manually inserted seal paper from rubbing a head by using the manually inserted seal paper for a means for printing images and cutting the seal paper at a right corner of the leading end part in a printing direction. SOLUTION: In the ink jet print apparatus, a manually inserted seal paper 32 having a layer changing physical properties irreversibly set to a print face is used for a means which prints images with use of an ink jet head capable of discharging ink. A right corner of a leading end part in a printing direction of the seal paper 32 is cut. When ink is set to the ink jet head to print, a margin of the print face is prevented from rubbing the head, so that images can be printed to the manually inserted seal paper 32. A large effect to the friction of the ink jet head which adversely affects an image quality is prevented.
