PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sprain of a foot which is caused by a stumble when ]a user is walking or running and improve safety of exercise by providing a sprain preventive plate having a movable plate at a heel of a sole plate with a convex part and arranging an auxiliary plate at a lower part of the sole plate. SOLUTION: Sport shoes are manufactured by providing a convex part 2 at a sole plate 1 and providing an auxiliary plate 3 at a lower part of the sole plate 1 then providing a sprain preventive plate 4 at a heel of the sole plate 1 and arranging a movable plate 5 at one third of a height from a lower part of the sprain preventive plate 4. When the sport shoes having such structure are used, the sprain preventive plate 4 is fixed on the foot from the exterior of the sneakers by putting the foot on the sole plate 1 and the movable plate 5 of the sprain preventive plate 4 eases bending exercises of the foot. Furthermore, the convex part 2 of the sole plate 1 conforms to a concave part of the sole when a user puts his foot on the sole plate 1, thereby, shock which is given on the sole plate 1 can be cased. Polymer is used as a material of the sport shoes and adhered between the exterior and the interior.
