PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powdery cosmetic having soft use feeling without powdery feeling and giving a natural finish by including colored powder and glossy powder. SOLUTION: This powdery cosmetic is obtained by including (A) preferably 1.5-40 wt.% of colored powder and (B) 0.1-70 wt.% of glossy powder. Preferably, the component A is selected from titanium oxide, zinc oxide, ion oxide and tar-based pigment. When the powder as the component B is uniformly applied on a flat plane material to be 20 mg/100 cm2 and a gloss value (R0) of a surface reflected light component at 55 deg. incident angle and -55 deg. receiving angle and a gloss value (R35) of a surface reflected light component at 75 deg. incident angle and -35 deg. receiving angle are measured by using a gloss meter, and when R0 and R35 of a white standard plate of barium sulfate are respectively R0' and R35', preferably (R0/R0') is 6.0-9.0 and (R35/R35') is more than 3.5.
