PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly deposit a spray liquid on the outside surface of a glass vessel and to decrease the futile use of the spray liquid by forming the tip of a nozzle tip into dome-like shape and forming a discharge port into slit shape formed in the direction from the outside of the dome-like tip to the center at the outside from the center. SOLUTION: When pilot air is turned on, the spray liquid reaches the nozzle tip 7 through a mixing chamber 5 and a tubular part 6 as shown by the arrow A, and spray air reaches the nozzle tip 7 through the mixing chamber 5 and the tubular part 6 from the inside of a piston 9 as shown by the arrow B. That is, the spray liquid and the spray air are mixed with each other in the mixing chamber 5, reaches the nozzle tip 7 through the tubular part 6 and are jetted from the discharge port 8 at the lower end to spray the spray liquid. The nozzle tip 7 is formed into dome-like shape at the tip, and the discharge port 8 is opened at the tip part of the dome. The discharge port 8 is formed into the narrow slit in the direction from the outside to the center at the outside from the center of the nozzle tip.
