PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portion type cheese cake-like food, being poor in fluidity, hardly causing threading from a nozzle of a packing machine and having good packing suitability even when the temperature of cheese mix is >=65 deg.C when the mix is individually packed into aluminum foil, or the like, in production of cheese cake-like food, free from paste-like feeling and deterioration of taste due to a stabilizer, or the like, when ate as cheese cake-like food, excellent in storage property suppressed in hardening and water separation of tissue at low temperatures during storage. SOLUTION: This portion type cheese cake-like food is produced by packing into a portion container a cheese mix obtained by compounding natural cheese so as to include soft natural cheese having >=4% fat ratio in solid content in an amount of >=20 wt.% and processed starch powder in an amount of >=0.5 wt.%, and controlling the water content to <=75% and heat-melting the compound. |
