PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a dielectric ceramic composition sinterable at low temperature and having high dielectric constant and Q value and excellent temperature stability. SOLUTION: This production process of a dielectric ceramic composition comprises (1) the 1st step to add and mix Bi2O3 and CuO to a main raw material composed of BaO-TiO2-ReO3/2 (Re is a lanthanoid element) to prepare a mixed raw material, (2) the 2nd step to calcine the mixed raw material at >=950 deg.C, (3) the 3rd step to crush the calcined raw material to average particle diameter of <=2.0 μm, (4) the 4th step to add and mix a B2O3-SiO2 glass component and CuO to the crushed raw material to obtain the raw material for a dielectric ceramic composition and (5) the 5th step to form the obtained raw material in a desired form and baking at <=1000 deg.C. |
