<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an emblem to a pad surely by calking the engagingly locking claw, on whose back surface the emblem is projected, to the pad of an air bag by bending to Japanese U letter shape. SOLUTION: In this calking machine, an engagingly locking claw 6 formed integrally on the back surface of an emblem 5 formed by punching out a metal thin sheet is pressed to the lower side by a push-press body 15 and bent to the inside after penetrating the pad 1 of an air bag and further, respective tips are pressed to the side by a swing pin 16 provided on the lower side of the push-press body 15 and bent to the surface side of the pad 1. Thereby, the emblem 5 can be calked integrally with the pad 1.</p> |
