PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use hot water at any time by limiting the flow of hot-water supply to a large-capacity hot-water supply port, and supplying the hot water from small-capacity a hot-water supply port. SOLUTION: When small-capacity hot-water supply ports 4 and 5 are opened after a large-capacity hot-water supply port 2 is opened, the amount of hot-water supply flowing to the large-capacity hot-water supply port 2 is automatically limited, and hot water can be supplied from the small-capacity hot-water supply ports 4 and 5. In a line to the small-capacity hot-water supply ports 4 and 5, a water-current sensor 13 for detecting the opening of the small-capacity hot-water supply ports 4 and 5 is provided. On the other hand, in a line to the large-capacity hot-water supply port 2, a remote-control flow-regulating valve 14 for reducing the rate of a flow running in the line is mounted. When the water-current sensor 13 is actuated, a control device 9 closes the flow-regulating valve 14 by a specific amount for supplying the hot water from the small-capacity hot-water supply ports 4 and 5. More specifically, when small- capacity hot-water supply ports are opened while hot water is being supplied after the large-capacity port is opened, the amount of hot water flowing to the large-capacity hot-water supply port is automatically limited, and hot water can be supplied from the small-capacity hot-water supply ports.
