PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a bracket by mounting the bracket on an indoor material with its engaging portion engaging with a recessed portion while a connecting surface is in contact with an upper facing surface of the recessed portion of the indoor material of a horizontal member. SOLUTION: A recessed portion 22 is formed on a side facing a taking-in groove 21 of an indoor material 2a of a horizontal member 2 forming a heat insulating curtain wall, and an upper facing surface 23 of the recessed portion 22 is thrust toward an external material 2b from a lower facing surface 24. While a bracket 4 is rotated with its connecting surface 42 being in contact with the upper facing surface 23 of the recessed portion 22 of the indoor material 2a, an engaging portion 41 is inserted into the recessed portion 22 to be installed on the indoor material 2a. Further, a setting block 8 is placed on the bracket 4, and a panel 3 is housed thereon. Thus, mounting works and positioning works of the bracket 4 can be facilitated.
