PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set proper car body weight and a gravity center position by forming a balance weight by arranging/fixing columnar steel in a hollow part of a hollow box-shaped frame constituting traveling devices or a car body main body. SOLUTION: A track frame 23 of left/right rail installing type traveling devices 21, 21 is composed of hollow box-shaped frames 23a, 23a and a connecting member 23b, and a main frame 24 of a car body main body 22 is composed of hollow box-shaped frames 24a, 24a and a steering case part 24b. Weight of the car body main body 22 is supported by the track frame 23 via a sprocket shaft 25 projecting from the steering case part 24b and a suspension device arranged in front of a car body. Columnar steel of prescribed weight is arranged in a prescribed position in a hollow part of this frame 23a or 24a to be fixed by welding to be formed as a balance weight. Thus, an existing hollow part is used as a housing place of the balance weight, and proper car body weight and a gravity center position can be easily set.
