PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a cargo by reducing the distance between posts and the cargo to reduce a margin to adjust by a cushioning member and a wedge member. SOLUTION: This cargo lashing device comprises a plurality of lashing posts 11 erected between a floor rail and a ceiling rail in correspondence with four side faces of a cargo C of rectangular solid shape, and interposes cushioning members 8 and wedge members 9 between the cargo C and the side faces of the lashing posts 11 corresponding to at least two side faces to fix the cargo C. A post body of the lashing post 11 is formed in rectangular cross section, and post mounting parts 13, 14 of square cross section are formed at the lower end and upper end of the post body. Socket holes for detachably fitting the post mounting parts 13, 14 to erectly fix them are formed in the floor rail and ceiling rail. The post mounting parts 13, 14 are provided in positions eccentric from the axis of the post body.
