PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly reinforce side parts of a tire with flippers to improve the steering stability. SOLUTION: A radial carcass 11 consisting of one carcass ply is turned up radially outward around a bead core 2, and the turned end is located on the inside of a belt 2 surrounding the crown part of the radial carcass 1. A bead filler 4 is arranged on the outside of the bead core 2 between a carcass body part 1a and a turned part 1b, and each of the bead filler 4 and the bead core 2 is enclosed by a flipper 5 consisting of an organic fiber cord and circumscribing them, and the tire lateral inside part 5a and outside part 5b of the flipper 5 are mutually bonded in butt state in the radially outside of the bead filler 4.
