PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a pulse treatment at any time in any place by arranging electrodes that come in conductive contact with parts of a body and connecting a pulse power supply to the electrodes in the inside of an undergarment worn directly over the skin such as brassieres. SOLUTION: In an embodiment as brassieres A, sheet electrodes E are stretched inside the brassieres corresponding to the greater pectoral muscle of the chest and the anterior serratus muscle of the side respectively. The flat electrodes E are conducted to hooks H outside, and are connected to a cable connecting with a pulse power supply through the hooks H. Thus the electrodes E are arranged inside an undergarment, and a pulse current is passed by connecting the pulse power supply to the electrodes E, stimulating electrically an organism. On this occasion, a choice is made between training having the effect of massaging the body by stimulating deep parts of a body by low frequency pulses and promoting the circulation of blood exercising the skeletal muscle and drainage having the effect of removing an edema or the like by stimulating the surface of the body by high frequency pulses, encouraging the flow of lymph by exercising the muscles of the upper layer is selected.
