PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat capable of self-support, having flexibility, and being well pressure-resist by producing a column integrally to a bag main body with the same elastic body. SOLUTION: This self-supporting air mat integrally consists of a bag main body 3, which is formed as a bag with an elastic body, a gas inlet 31, which is for pouring gas into the inside of bag main body, and multiple elastic body columns 4, which are connected to the inner wall opposite to the bag main body. Then, the columns are places at intervals of 1 to 20 cm, and the thickness of the elastic body of the bag main body is 0.1 to 1.0 mm. As the gas inlet is installed to the bag main body, which is made of the elastic body, and the columns are places integrally at a prescribed internal, this air mat has a benefit that it stands up while being left by the elasticity of the columns and becomes a prescribed shape.
