PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the occurrence of the deterioration in performance at the time of falling and vibrating, to lessen the change in characteristics by falling and to impart high reliability to the above actuator by providing the actuator with a stopper for limiting the moving quantity at one or both front ends of a central shaft fixed to a magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: Disk-shaped permanent magnets 2 are held by a yoke 1 and a plate 3 to form the magnetic circuit 20. A buffer material 8 is adhered to the side of a supporting base 9 between the magnetic circuit 10 and the supporting base 9 so as to suppress the collision of the magnetic circuit 20 against the supporting base 9 and the generation of unnecessary sounds. A stopper 12 is fixed to the supporting base 9 so as to prevent the excessive movement of the central shaft 4. When drive current is impressed to a coil 5 in such constitution, the magnetic circuit 20 flexibly supported by a damper 7 vibrates. At this time, the magnetic circuit 20 is capable of suppressing the inclination of the magnetic circuit 20 at the time of vibration as the vertical and lateral moving quantity is limited by the central shaft 4 and the stopper 12.
