PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back structure of a drum chair for preventing the seat back from getting in the way for playing, for adjusting a position of the seat back to a preferable position for a player, and for carrying in a compact size. SOLUTION: A seat back structure comprises a base main body 20, a seat back main body 30 having two pieces of right and left arm sections 31 and 32, an arm supporting member 40 having an axis supporting section 41, and arm sliding section 45, an arm fixing section 47, and a screw hole section 49 formed opposing to a standing section of the base main body, an inserting hole 52 for inserting the arm fixing screw, an arm holding plate 50 having sleeve sections 55 and 56, for contacting sliding to outsides of the right and left arm sections and having a size to be contained inside of the right and left arm sections when the arm holding plate is rotated 90 deg. at a center of the inserting hole, a screw section 61 for engaging screwing into the screw hole section of the arm supporting member, forward and backward adjusting screw member 60 having a contacting section 65 for contacting the standing section of the base main body, and an arm fixing nut member 70 for engaging screwing from an outside of the arm holding plate to the arm fixing screw.
