PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a guard means on a collapsible side fence, apply the guard means even to an existing collapsible side fence, and prevent hands and feet from being caught. SOLUTION: A screen member is pulled out of a holding frame body 6 to a collapsible side fence 3 being in a standing state to be extended over an upper horizontal sash bar member 10 to the inside from the bottom outside to be locked on the rising edge of the holding frame body 6 on the bottom inside. Cross-sectional L-shaped fixing metal fittings to be held in an installing hole 5 arranged in a side frame 2 are provided in a pair in the holding frame body 6. Hooks of an upper end part of the pulled-out screen member are locked on locking holes of these fixing metal fittings.
