<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows type actuator which is excellent in durability by preventing a corrugated side portion formed of a spring member of a bellows type piston from swinging, and the side portion from colliding with a casing due to the swinging. SOLUTION: A bellows type actuator 10 has a bellows type piston 12, a driving rod 13, and a side portion supporting member 14. The piston 12 is disposed in a pressure transmitting chamber F formed of a cylindrical casing 11, and is connected to one end of the casing 11 at a corrugated side portion 12a thereof. The driving rod 13 is fixed to a pressure receiving surface 12b of the bellows type piston 12 at one end thereof, and protruding through one end portion 11a of the casing 11 at the other end thereof. The supporting member 14 has a supporting portion 14a connected, from inside, to an intermediate portion of the side portion 12a with respect to the axial direction, and a guide portion 14b slidingly contacting to the driving rod 13.</p> |
