PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a module for exhaust gas device compact by providing an exhaust gas cooler, having a pipe bundle between an inlet conical body and an outlet conical connection part and a cumulative catalytic converter arranged in the rear thereof, and integrally assembling the both through the conical connection part. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas cooler 20 and an accumulative catalytic converter 10 are successively connected to an exhaust gas pipe 1 which extends from a prime motor. The accumulative catalytic converter 10 is formed by housing a monolith 14, covered with a catalyst within a casing 11 having an inlet conical body 12 and an outlet conical body 13, whereas the exhaust gas cooler 20 comprises a pipe bundle 23 arranged between an inlet conical body 21 and an outlet conical connection part 22 along the circumference thereof. The outlet conical connection part 22 of the exhaust gas cooler 20 is integrated to the inlet conical body 12 of the accumulative catalytic converter 10, whereby the both 10 and 20 are integrated together to make a nodule for exhaust gas device compact.
