摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the hitting accuracy of ink drop by forming a nozzle hole for ejecting an ink drop under ejection pressure out of a tapered part becoming narrower in the ejecting direction, and a straight part extending in the ejecting direction from the forward end part in the ejecting direction of the tapered part. SOLUTION: The ink jet recorder comprises an actuator substrate 11 made of a piezoelectric ceramic material arranged alternately with a plurality of ink grooves 21 and dummy grooves, a cover plate 30 covering the upper surface thereof, a manifold for distributing ink, and a nozzle plate 32 having a plurality of nozzle holes 33 corresponding to the ink grooves 21. Each nozzle hole 33 is formed of a tapered part 33a becoming narrower in the ejecting direction, and a straight part 33b extending in the ejecting direction from the forward end part in the ejecting direction of the tapered part 33a. The straight part 33b is not perfectly straight over a length L of 10μm or more in the ejecting direction but tapered at an angle (15 deg. or less) incident to laser beam machining.</p>
