PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain webbing for sheet belts, capable of smoothly drawing out and storing sheet belts, in which smooth drawing out and storage are retained also after repeatedly used, namely webbing for sheet belts excellent in storage property and storage durability and provide a method for effectively producing the webbing. SOLUTION: This webbing for sheet belts comprises applying a treating agent containing 0.05-1.50 wt.% dibasic acid ester component [I] having 500-800 molecular weight, 0.02-0.60 wt.% castor oil ethylene oxide adduct and/or hardened castor oil ethylene oxide adduct component [II] having 1,300-2,500 molecular weight and 0.01-0.30 wt.% sorbitan triester ethylene oxide adduct component [III] having 1,300-2,500 molecular weight as main active ingredients to the surface of a synthetic fiber multifilament. |
