PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate driving force without using an ejected object in an outer space in particular by providing a bowl-shaped or nearly conical rotary member rotated by a rotating means and made of a material with a relatively large specific gravity, and rotating the rotary member to generate the driving force. SOLUTION: A rotary member 1 with a relatively large specific gravity is rotated by a rotating motor 2 at a high speed, and the centrifugal force and the gravitational force presumed from the relativity theory are separated. The centrifugal force is generated by the rotation of the conical rotary member 1, and the force presumed from the relativity theory is generated in addition to it. The force presumed from the relativity theory is generated along the member shape from the portion near the rotation center in the rotary member 1 toward the peripheral portion where the time progress is slow. The force presumed from the relativity theory is utilized as driving force, and an object is moved in an outer space.
