PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide door structure for an automobile, in which an open area on the door anti-opening end side is ensured sufficiently and getting-on-off is facilitated while a door is not much opened unexpectedly even in the case of the small opening of the door and the opening of full opening can be increased sufficiently. SOLUTION: A door 12 and a car body 10 are connected by two levers 14, 16 juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of a car. The lever 16 on the door opening-end side is set in length longer than that 14 on the door anti-opening end side. Both end sections of each lever 14, 16 are contained rotatably respectively to the door 12 and the car body 10 at rotary supporting points 20, 21, 22, 23. The rotary supporting point 23 of one end section 16b of the lever 16 on the door opening end side can be slid in the door longitudinal direction along a slide rail 28 mounted on the constrained door 12.
