PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract the flow of lymph in a lymphatic vessel or lymph node without administrating any contrast media. SOLUTION: This device comprises an image pickup means for executing the pulse sequence of an effective echo time (TEeff) according to the extraction of lymph moving within a subject and collecting echo signals, and an image forming means for forming an image with emphasis of lymph from the echo signals. For example, the effective echo time is set to a value longer than the moderating time of blood. As one example, the pulse sequence is of FASE (high-speed asymmetric SE) by three-dimensional scanning, and the echo interval (ETS) is set to a short value. For example, the effective echo time TEeff is 240 ms, and the echo interval ETS is 5 ms.
