PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating tool of extra-fill concrete of a cast-in-place pile capable of solving a problem of treatment after using the treating tool for diametrically reducing a slime mixing part when placing concrete of the cast-in-place pile. SOLUTION: An inserting hole 12 to a main reinforcement 2a is arranged so as to penetrate vertically to be installed and arranged in an annular shape in an upper end part of the main reinforcement 2a of a reinforcement basket 2 when constructing a case-in-place pile, a treating tool 11 for easily removing an extra-fill part is formed as a structure formed by hardening a natural raw material by diametrically reducing the extra-fill part of placed concrete. The use of the natural raw material does not cause a problem as industrial waste at disposal and incineration.
