PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather-like sheet that has excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, excoriation resistance, and crease resistance and gives good fabric hand. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet comprises fiber assembly impregnated with a polyurethane resin and a resin coating layer formed on the surface of the assembly. The resin-coating layer comprises a silicone-modified polyurethane resin that is crosslinked with a polyisocyanate curing agent and the resin- coating layer is bonded to the fiber assembly with an adhesive of an noncrosslinkable resin mainly comprising polyurethane.
