<p>PURPOSE:To improve arithmetic accuracy for compressing data. CONSTITUTION:A data conversion part 31 is provided to execute data conversion or inverse data conversion arithmetic based on a prescribed coefficient to a numerical example, and a quantizing part 32 is provided to execute quantizing arithmetic. The coefficient of the data converting arithmetic part 31 is changed to an integral ratio and a gain change caused by the change into the said integral ratio is adjusted by the quantizing part 32.</p> |
