摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a hot water producing device which does not depend upon a steam pressure and has excellent heat-exchange efficiency even when the steam amount is fluctuated. CONSTITUTION:After heated steam discharged through a blowing nozzle 31 arranged to the inner lower part of a container 1 is raised along the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder part of the blowing nozzle 31 with the aid of buoyancy produced by a difference in specific gravity between heated steam and water, the heated steam is collided with a collision plate 34 disposed above the blowing nozzle. The heated air is diffused in a radiating state along the under surface of the collision plate 34 through a collision jet effect, and a steam film-formed zone comprising a cylindrical zone and a flange-form zone is formed in a layer-form state. As noted above, since the steam film- formed zone is formed in a layer-form state, a gas liquid contact area between heated steam and water is increased and heat-exchange between the heated steam and water is carried out with high efficiency.</p>
