PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip holder formed in such a manner that swaf can be effectively blown off by locating a blow point of compressed air in an adequate position. SOLUTION: An air blow hole 61 of an opening in a recessed part is formed within the tip holder 51 which consists of a 'U'-shaped member 51 and freely rotatably holds a cutter wheel tip 11 in its recessed part 65 and the compressed air is introduced into the recessed part 65 through the air blow hole 61.
