PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part aligning and supply device capable of aligning and supplying non-aligned parts placed on a roll of a roll feeder. SOLUTION: A roll 1 and a rotary body 4 provided with a kicking blade 40 like a saw blade at outer periphery arranged across a slight clearance are provided above between rolls 1, the rotary body 4 is rotated in the interlocking relationship with a motor 2 in such a manner that non-aligned bolts placed above between the rolls 1 are kicked back in the opposite direction to the supply direction by the kicking blade 40, and the rotary body 4 is supported by a hold piece and is attached by a long hole of a mounting piece 5 so as to be liftable.
