PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and immediately cancel an automatic restoration operation by installing an automatic restoration operation cancelling means for locking or stopping an automatic restoration operation by a control signal which informs that the operating conditions have changed or a control signal which informs that an operation has not been made as specified. SOLUTION: A press-button switch 17 for automatic restoration operation is for cancelling an automatic restoration operation by being pressed to close a normally open contact 19a of a relay 19 for a period from the generation of a restoration procedure to the termination of the automatic restoration operation. In addition to a press button switch 16 for automatic restoration operation and the press-button switch 17 for automatic restoration operation, a control input/output circuit of an automatic operation section is provided with an automatic restoration operation cancelling means which automatically senses a case that the operating conditions have been changed or a case that an operation has not been made in accordance with a command, while the automatic restoration operation is being executed after it has started by pressing the press-button switch 16 for automatic restoration operation and then locks or stops the automatic restoration operation. |
