<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a decorative sheet having surface properties such as surface hardness, heat resistance, abrasion resistance or the like and design effect. CONSTITUTION:An electron beam curable resin composition 7 is applied to the surface of paper 6 having good resin absorbability and a part of said composition is allowed to penetrate in the paper so as to reach the vicinity of the rear of the paper and the remainder thereof is allowed to remain on the surface of the paper. The uncured surface of the coated paper is pressed to the uneven surface of a shaping roll 11 having an excellent electron beam reflecting efficiency and the paper is irradiated with an electron beam from the rear thereof by an electron beam irradiation device 12 to cure the electron beam curable resin composition and the cured paper is released from the shaping roll.</p> |
