<p>The invention covers various types of deflectors made of transparent plastic materials of various kinds. These can be made in a variety of ways, including moulding. They enable windows to be opened without causing internal draughts in the car. The deflector elements have three fixing holes and the patent covers a variety of fixing methods. The deflectors offer no obstruction to the normal opening of doors, and are intended to be fitted at the front end of the front doors. Preferably the deflectors are screwed to the leading edge of the doors by screws through three integral bosses which are shaped for location in the door channel. The deflectors are pliable to give an angle of between 50 deg. and 70 deg. between them and the door.</p> |
