<p>PURPOSE:To improve in the lowering of the emission level of NOx in a combustion apparatus having a burner of the wall firing type as a heating source. CONSTITUTION:The subject relates to a combustion apparatus having a burner A of the wall firing type, in which a flame (a) is produced from a flame hole 2 and built at a wall 3 inside a combustion chamber 1 and a premixed fuel is burned in part for the combustion. Part of the discharged gas from the combustion, in an amount optimal for lowering the NOx emission level, flows from a discharged-gas channel 5, which is provided downstream beyond a heat collector 9, through a discharged gas-circulating channel 6 and into a secondary air channel 7 of the burner A and mixes with secondary air for combustion. The secondary air for combustion, in which the discharged gas from the combustion is contained, is blown from secondary air discharge holes 11 upon the combustion surface 3a of the wall 3 and contributes to firing of a flame (a) produced from the flame hole 2.</p> |
