SUBSTANCE: device has, at least, one section in form of lower cleaning head installed on shaft and stabilizer installed above cleaning head. Shaft is connected with unit of connection to pulling member directly or through weight. Stabilizer is installed freely on shaft, and in lower position it is engageable with lower cleaning head through torque- limiting clutch. Section may still have upper cleaning head. Head teeth and stabilizer protrusion have blades. In running device down, heads rotate in opposite directions. Their inclined teeth cut off accumulations. In pulling device upward, lower head rotates to opposite side to rotate stabilizer, and its blades clean walls. EFFECT: higher operate reliability and efficiency of device. 7 cl, 7 dwg
