Representative sample for nuclear magnetic resonance meter is taken from diffuser of Venturi tube with the use of high-and low-pressure pipe unions. Cone-vortex generator with plates arranged at angle of 15-25 degrees with regard to axis of cone is made fast to diffuser for additional agitation of medium. Velocity of movement of sample is controlled by means of valve. Flow rate of main stream of medium is found by pressure difference between cylindrical part and neck of Venturi tube.
