Body accommodates concentrically installed rotor and stator with channels in side walls, sonic treatment chamber and drive. Each channel of stator is separated into two channels symmetrical to radial axis of channel and intersecting with neighboring channels. Angle of inclination of stator channels to radial axis, radii of stator internal and external walls and spacing of stator channels are interrelated.
