Drill frame is equipped with general-purpose pivot joint disposed between transverse bar of third-row hoes and bed former. Drill of such construction allows seeds to be sown in compacted and moistened soil layer, resulting in rapid and steady germination of young crops even with minimum precipitation in unsteady or insufficient wetting zones.
