Bypass channel is made in housing axisymmetrically to string. Bypass channel communicates with string and accommodates spool sleeve with collet lobes. Distributing channel communicating with nozzle and with hydraulic space of packer is arranged in housing lower than bypass channel. Supply channel is made in housing parallel to distributing channel. Supply and distributing channels communicate with string in zone of spool sleeve mounted. The latter is installed for reciprocating along bypass channel and is fixed in upper position by collet lobes. Upper and lower bypass holes are in spool sleeve wall. Distributing channel communicates with string upper zone through upper bypass hole. Supply channel communicates with string lower through lower bypass hole.
