SUBSTANCE: described is method of suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride in the presence of protective colloid and initiating system based on di-2-ethylhexylperoxy dicarbonate. Second component includes potassium persulfate, phthalimide or alkylbetain which are added prior to polymerization simultaneously with main initiator, and after pressure fall in reactor, process temperature is raised by 8-12 C higher than original temperature and maintained for 1 hour.
